昨天二點關於iPad的消息只有看了一下就睡了，大概是因為之前八卦消息都猜得差不多了，所以沒有很驚艷，不過仔細想想其實功能還蠻多用途的，而且看完之後自己有以下幾個想法，大概也是之前很多平板電腦廠商，在等著Apple推出之後可以參考的部份：

1.把小筆電逐漸往上侵蝕市場的速度推回去

小筆電越做越大，侵蝕筆電獲利的狀況也越來越明顯，如果iPad這平板的市場夠成熟，可以卡到原來小筆電瞄準的位置，我相信電腦廠們會開始轉推ARM/Android平板，而把推小筆電的力道減弱許多，畢竟小筆電原來設定的在外上網看影片，小型平板也大多能應付，雖然iPad要轉檔以及Flash....是要等javascript的Flash Player成熟嗎?

2.結合了各種不同的小型市場用途

電子筆記本、電子像框(或說相簿)、電子書、小型上網裝置、攜帶型遊戲機(不能講掌上了-_-......)、還有甚至像傅大說的電子畫板，本來這些東西在市場上都還是各自分隔的產品(電子畫板....Wacom的Citiq超貴)，現在用一個平板裝置搭配特定的App來達到這樣的多功能用途，或許就可以把市場利基做大一點，開始出現特色鮮明的用途，或許是電子平板的新方向，而不再只是一個沒有鍵盤的windows電腦而已。雖然之前的TabletPC也是想主打這方面，但是當中的市場認定、以及介面上的用戶體驗都是不一樣的。

3.建立起「一個能做很多事情的電子裝置，不是只有Windows電腦才能做」的形象

我想這不光是iPad想做到，其他ARM平板或所謂的Smartbook最頭大的地方，大概就是要面對「這玩意能不能跑Windows」的是客戶市場障礙。但是如果平板電腦從iPad開始，每一個個小App ICON就代表一個獨立的特定功能，或許就能夠讓非X86平板電腦成功建立起一個形象，是他就是能做很多事情，雖然它不跑Windows的話，至少算是克服了目前在面對非x86/windows多功能產品時，常會傷腦筋的狀況。

4.Web應用的雲端服務同樣扮演中繼角色

電子平板跟電腦以及手機之間的同步更顯重要，除了直接同步的功能希望像之前提過能夠加強之外，放到網路的趨勢也就更吃重，就像其實現在很多Google重度用戶，大概已經差不多不需要擔心同步這個問題是一樣道理。

5.移動裝置軟體與桌上電腦功能模糊後，走向整合的可能性?

雖然這是自己的假想，不過如果移動裝置的軟體功能逐漸變強，並且也被使用者們所接受，是不是就有機會變成在電腦上使用？如果從Mac OS的角度來講，或許就是以後Widget層可以跑各式各樣iPhone軟體，然後搭配有重力感應的Apple Remote。而從Android的角度，或許就是做成小筆電之後，以及Chrome OS與Android整合之後的電腦產品，能夠更讓人接受，基本上跟第三點提過的部分相同。
